Methods For Manufacturing Steel Grating
Jan 02, 2026| Steel grating is made by arranging load-bearing flat steel bars and crossbars at a certain spacing, welding them into a raw plate using 200-ton hydraulic resistance welding automated equipment, and then processing it into the product required by the customer through cutting, hole punching, and edging.
Load-bearing flat steel spacing: The center distance between two adjacent load-bearing flat steel bars, commonly 30mm or 40mm.
Crossbar spacing: The center distance between two adjacent crossbars is usually 50mm or 100mm, and can be produced according to customer requirements.
Various models of steel grating can be customized according to customer requirements.
