The mating surfaces between the cover plate and frame are precision-machined with minimal tolerances, ensuring smooth closure without wobbling or unusual noises.
Flexible Adaptability:
Capable of custom sizing and irregular cutting, it seamlessly integrates with curved paving or complex landscape lines. The adjustable frame allowance allows precise leveling for different paving thicknesses on-site.

Technical Parameters
- Material: 304 (06Cr19Ni10) / 316 (06Cr17Ni12Mo2) stainless steel with yield strength ≥205 MPa. Manufacturing process: Plasma/laser cutting, hydraulic bending, TIG welding, followed by shot blasting or acid passivation.
- Load rating: A15 (15 kN) / B125 (125 kN) / C250 (250 kN) / D400 (400 kN). Customizable upon request.
- Cover plate thickness: Designed according to load rating, typically 4 mm (5/32") (A15) to 10 mm (3/8") (D400) or more.
- Surface treatment: Original color brushed, polished; anti-slip pattern embossing, or 30-50 mm (1 3/16"-1 31/32") deep inlay groove reserved.
