Manufacturing Process
1. Grate Fabrication
Raw Material Inspection: Material analysis of incoming Q235 flat bars and twisted square bars.
Welding/Forming: Fully automatic pressure welding fuses crossbars and flat bars into a single unit (or a press-locked process creates an interlocking fit for higher load-bearing capacity).
Cutting & Edge Banding: Cut to dimensions per drawings; edges are banded and reinforced.
2. Hot-Dip Galvanizing
Pickling (rust removal) → Fluxing → Drying → Immersion in molten zinc (445–500°C) → Cooling & Passivation.
Average galvanizing layer thickness ≥ 85μm (ASTM A123 standard).
