Press Locked Steel Grating
The press locked steel grating is made for floor openings, trench covers, maintenance walkways and small platforms where a clear pressed joint is useful.
Common orders use 25 x 3 mm, 30 x 3 mm or 30 x 5 mm bearing bars. Panel width is often near 1,000 mm, and length is cut by drawing before packing.
- Product Introduction
Our press locked steel grating uses pressed cross bars locked into the bearing bars, so the top face is neat and the grid keeps its shape during handling. For general industrial work, bearing bar spacing is usually 30 mm or 40 mm, and cross bar spacing is 50 mm or 100 mm. Cutouts, toe plates and banding edges are marked before shipment if the drawing needs them.

The press locked steel grating includes load bearing flat bars, pressed cross bars, optional end plates, toe plates, saddle clips and fixing bolts. If the panels are galvanized, open edges help zinc flow through during hot-dip treatment.
